Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Attica Group is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Digital Marketing team. You will help shape the digital strategy for the Group’s leading brands in passenger shipping and hospitality, driving brand awareness and online sales through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and report on 360° digital marketing campaigns across all Group brands.
• Support the development and implementation of the Group’s digital media strategy.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external agencies to produce digital assets such as banners, ad copies and social media creatives for Meta and TikTok.
• Monitor campaign performance, recommend optimisations and track KPIs.
• Analyse results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Manage and optimise website content via CMS platforms to ensure consistent brand presence.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, platform updates and emerging best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a Digital Marketing role, preferably in a digital agency or the tourism, travel, transportation or hospitality sectors.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, performance marketing, campaign optimisation and digital analytics.
• Good knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their paid and organic ecosystems.
