Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Expert to shape and execute Shell Greece’s digital strategy across owned, earned and paid channels. You will drive brand visibility, customer engagement and loyalty for a network of roughly 370 Shell stations, aligning global standards with locally relevant, data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO/SEM, social media, CRM, email, display and content marketing strategies.
• Manage digital assets such as websites, Google Business profiles and social platforms, ensuring performance and brand consistency.
• Lead end‑to‑end digital campaigns, from planning and creative development to localization and optimisation.
• Design and execute loyalty and lifecycle programmes using customer data.
• Oversee social media content, community management, paid amplification and social listening.
• Monitor performance, ROI and KPIs through analytics dashboards and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate digital activation at retail touchpoints and support NFR initiatives.
• Manage agencies and cross‑functional partners, handling briefs, budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field; postgraduate digital marketing qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, energy or retail.
• Proven track record in performance marketing and data‑driven campaign execution.
