Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

As a Digital Marketing Executive at PHĀEA, you will lead the planning and execution of digital marketing activities across four luxury hospitality properties. You will manage paid and organic channels, website content, newsletters and OTA listings, contributing to quarterly digital strategy through performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social and metasearch campaigns, monitoring budgets and achieving CPA/ROAS targets.
• Create and manage organic social content and community engagement, tailoring tone and format to each property’s brand.
• Coordinate on‑page SEO and content optimisation with the agency, acting as the internal point of contact.
• Maintain Google Business Profile listings and review activity, ensuring up‑to‑date information and imagery.
• Update website content, offers and landing pages, and support ongoing website development projects.
• Design and send digital newsletters to guests and trade partners, building segmentation and template standards for future CRM integration.
