Digital Experience & Content Producer

About the role

College Year in Athens (CYA) is looking for a Digital Experience & Content Producer to join the CYA MediaLab team. The role will shape the brand’s narrative across web, video and social platforms, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update CYA’s WordPress website, applying SEO best practices, optimizing metadata, images and ensuring mobile‑friendly formatting.
• Produce long‑form and short‑form stories in written, video and audio formats for prospective students, alumni and other stakeholders.
• Capture, edit and publish short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, interviews) and manage multimedia assets for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and the website.
• Coordinate video shoots with the Multimedia Producer, review footage and create platform‑appropriate video edits.
• Create and manage photographic content, organizing photo libraries and ensuring visual consistency.
• Identify compelling stories and trends across the organization and collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, events and recruitment initiatives.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in interviewing, storytelling, content creation and web design.
• Strong sense of voice, tone and audience relevance, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear narratives.
• Willingness to travel throughout Greece during the academic year.
• Comfortable working within established digital publishing workflows and learning new web technologies.
