Digital Editor (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Antenna Group, an international content, media and entertainment organization, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Editor to join its FTHIS editorial team on a maternity cover contract of at least 6 months. The role suits someone passionate about digital media, online storytelling and content strategy, supporting daily publishing operations, content editing and optimizing articles for reach and engagement. The editorial operation runs daily from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily content planning, publishing schedules and the editorial calendar
• Edit and approve articles for accuracy, tone consistency and brand alignment
• Monitor breaking news and trending topics to drive timely coverage
• Update existing content when needed (fact-checking, refreshing information)
• Optimize content for SEO, traffic growth and audience engagement
• Coordinate with writers, contributors and content creators
• Work with social media, marketing and video teams to maximize reach
• Ensure compliance with journalistic standards, copyright rules and ethical guidelines

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Media or a related field
• Experience in digital journalism
• Experience in lifestyle, news, entertainment or digital media is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Analytical mindset and excellent communication and teamwork skills

Required skills

• Strong editing and proofreading skills
• Understanding of SEO principles and digital publishing tools
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress
