Digital Designer – Hybrid (Athens)

About the role

This full‑time Digital Designer position is based in Athens and follows a hybrid work model, allowing both office and remote work. You will create and refine digital assets for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design graphics, layouts, and interactive elements for digital channels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as marketing, product, and development.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs.
• Optimise assets for various digital platforms and devices.
• Stay current with design trends and tools to enhance project outcomes.
• Participate in reviews and feedback sessions to iterate on design work.

Required profile

• Strong skills in digital design, with experience creating responsive, user‑centred interfaces.
• Proficiency in graphic design and the ability to produce high‑quality visual assets for multiple digital channels.
• Experience with branding, developing and maintaining coherent visual identities across platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of industry‑standard design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating digital design work for web, social media, or interactive experiences.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in design, visual communication, or a related field.
