DevOps Supervisor – Lead Automation & CI/CD

About the role

Neurosoft, a leading Managed Services Provider in cyber security and technology solutions, is looking for a DevOps Supervisor to lead its DevOps team. The role combines people leadership with hands‑on ownership of the automation platform, CI/CD pipelines and delivery reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and allocate work for the DevOps team while supporting wider engineering adoption of shared practices.
• Own the technical roadmap for automation, CI/CD pipelines and cross‑department automation, translating it into a prioritized backlog.
• Design and implement repository and pipeline architecture with strong version‑control, code‑review, branching and secrets‑management standards.
• Build, maintain and operate CI/CD pipelines that move engineering and detection‑as‑code content from change to production with testing, approvals, rollback and audit trails.
• Engineer the end‑to‑end automation platform, including playbooks, integrations, connectors and credential management.
• Enable teams to ship independently by providing protected workflows and self‑service tooling.
• Monitor pipeline reliability, drive automated alerting, and act as escalation point for critical failures.
• Manage technology lifecycle, track versions, dependencies and run compatibility testing before rollout.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, automation, systems or infrastructure engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience leading teams or owning significant technical projects.
• Fluency in Greek and English.

Required skills

• Git‑based source control (Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure Pipelines).
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting.
• Python programming; PowerShell and/or Bash a plus.
• REST API integration, authentication and event‑driven automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, version control, branching strategies, automated testing and release management.
