DevOps Engineer – Hybrid role in Athens

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time DevOps Engineer to join our Athens office, working in a hybrid model that blends on‑site collaboration with remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for web and application solutions.
• Automate and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues and optimise deployments.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure scalable, secure and reliable releases.
• Document processes and contribute to best‑practice guidelines for the DevOps environment.

Required profile

• Strong system administration experience with Linux servers.
• Hands‑on experience with IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Proficiency in continuous integration and delivery practices.
• Software development background to write automation scripts.
• Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and monitoring tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
