About the role

As a Demi Chef De Partie at Roka Mykonos you will support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality Japanese Robatayaki dishes, while developing your culinary skills in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain mise en place levels and ensure food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Assist across all kitchen sections under senior chefs to broaden your skill set.
• Inspect incoming goods for quality, accuracy and proper storage, minimizing waste.
• Conduct daily storage checks and uphold high hygiene standards.
• Prepare dishes according to recipes, overseeing junior team members where required.
• Keep workstations clean and organized, complying with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for culinary experiences, especially Japanese cuisine.
• Proven experience as a demi chef in a luxury, high‑volume restaurant.
• Team‑player comfortable working in a large, synchronized kitchen crew.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented attitude and ability to contribute to memorable dining experiences.
