Danish Customer Advisor - Athens

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Danish Customer Advisor to work in Athens, Greece, on behalf of a global client that is one of the biggest companies in Greece. The role involves representing a worldwide brand in a multicultural environment and delivering the best possible customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent a worldwide brand and integrate into a multicultural environment
• Develop customer relationships and give customers the best possible experience
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training
• Offer recommendations for common problems and frequently asked questions

Required profile

• Fluency in Danish (C2 level or native)
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Previous experience or contact with clients of any kind
• Availability to work in rotating shifts

Required skills

• Typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication, listening and empathy skills
• Good time management, team spirit and flexibility
