Cyber Security Analyst – Level 3 (SOC)

About the role

Neurosoft is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Analyst (Level 3) to strengthen its Security Operations Center (SOC). You will act as the escalation point for complex incidents, guide the L2 team, and collaborate directly with customers to resolve security threats.

Key responsibilities

• Train and mentor L2 analysts on investigation techniques and offensive security methods.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for day‑to‑day SOC operations, including on‑call duties.
• Lead threat‑hunting activities, validate customer logging, and investigate critical cases escalated from L2.
• Develop and refine investigation processes, documentation, and reporting for customers.
• Provide guidance to customer contacts and coordinate with Incident Response (IR) teams.
• Recommend and implement new tools, custom SIEM use‑cases, and detection‑tuning strategies.
• Collaborate with the SIEM engineering team to enhance platform capabilities and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a SOC or incident‑response environment.
• Proven ability to handle complex investigations and mentor junior analysts.
• Strong customer‑facing communication skills and a focus on service quality.
