Customer Service Representative (Greek-speaking)

About the role

UPS, the world's largest package delivery company, is looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its Customer Service department at its Head Office in Koropi. This is an on-site position handling telephone customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls covering pickups, tracking and tracing, service guarantees and information, export shipment exceptions and other enquiries, providing quality telephone service.
• Understand UPS services, products, systems and procedures.
• Identify and record customer concerns or issues.
• Recommend solutions to management and identify potential customer needs, submitting sales leads.

Required profile

• Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts (08:00-16:00, 09:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, 10:30-18:30).
• Able to work under pressure, patient, friendly and with a can-do attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures.

Required skills

• Computer skills with CRM systems.
• Ability to use office equipment.
