Customer Service Agent - Head Office

About the role

UPS, the world's largest package delivery company, is looking for Customer Service agents to join its Customer Service department at the Koropi head office. This is an on-site position working five days a week (Monday to Friday), with free weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls on pickups, tracking and tracing, service guarantees and information, export shipment exceptions and other enquiries, providing quality telephone customer service.
• Understand UPS services, products, systems and procedures.
• Identify and record customer concerns and issues, and recommend solutions to management.
• Identify potential customer needs and submit sales leads.
• Partially work at the customer reception desk as the first point of contact, managing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Perform general office duties related to the supported group, such as data manipulation, planning, package handling, shipping, auditing, inventory, customer support and operations support, plus other tasks as requested.

Required profile

• Fluency in Greek and English is a must.
• Prior customer service experience is considered a plus.
• Flexible and able to work under pressure, patient, friendly and with a can-do attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to follow procedures.

Required skills

• Computer skills with CRM systems.
• Ability to use office equipment.
