Customer Development Coordinator – Project Administration

About the role

We are expanding our Customer Development team at Avocado Learning Experiences and need a coordinator who can turn learning ideas into well‑orchestrated projects. Working side‑by‑side with Account Managers, you will bridge clients, facilitators and internal teams to deliver meaningful learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support Account Managers from brief understanding and proposal preparation through to project execution.
• Keep projects on track by managing multiple priorities, timelines, deliverables and stakeholders.
• Connect clients, facilitators, partners and colleagues to ensure a smooth journey from brief to delivery.
• Gradually take ownership of smaller projects as you deepen knowledge of clients, solutions and the business.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional with 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, client service, consulting, HR/L&D or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Curiosity, creativity and a genuine interest in learning and people development.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English, with confidence using digital tools.
