CRA II – Sponsor Dedicated (Athens)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a CRA II to support sponsor‑dedicated clinical studies in Athens. The role involves both on‑site and remote monitoring to ensure studies comply with Good Clinical Practice and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site and remote monitoring visits, reviewing protocols, informed consent forms and case report forms.
• Develop monitoring plans, checklists and templates to ensure quality and consistency.
• Prepare monitoring reports, follow‑up letters and action plans with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate site visits, track study progress and resolve issues in collaboration with investigators and site staff.
• Contribute to SOP development, training materials and process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in clinical research monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate within cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) knowledge.
• Proficiency with clinical trial management systems (CTMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
