Country Marketing – Mobility Aftermarket

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Marketing professional to join Bosch’s Mobility Aftermarket team in Greece. The role will influence market performance and channel development across a broad portfolio of products and services, working closely with sales and international colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and translate market, pricing and customer insights into actionable plans for product and sales teams.
• Plan and execute channel‑specific campaigns and promotions together with product specialists and the communication team.
• Coordinate product launches across channels, ensuring readiness and alignment.
• Conduct structured competitor benchmarking covering portfolio, pricing and positioning.
• Identify growth opportunities by analysing sales channels and customer segments.
• Align strategy with execution across all activities and track performance using KPIs.
• Support sales teams to achieve targets and strengthen market position.
• Assist with customer events and network activations.

Required profile

• Experience in marketing coordination, product marketing or channel marketing.
• Familiarity with the automotive aftermarket or B2B environments is a strong plus.
• Fluency in Greek and English.
• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, product and communication teams.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
