Corporate HRBP Director

About the role

The Corporate HRBP Director will act as the senior HR Business Partner for the headquarters population, providing strategic, business‑oriented counsel to senior leaders and mid‑management. This role drives talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management and employee engagement across the Sani/Ikos Group’s HQ functions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment needs with Talent Acquisition, ensuring efficient end‑to‑end processes and proactive talent pipelining.
• Lead talent review, succession planning and performance management for HQ staff.
• Drive organizational design initiatives and address talent gaps in collaboration with Learning & Development.
• Develop and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR delivery, complex employee‑relations cases and compliance with local labor laws in Spain and Greece.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of Shared Services on HRIS, analytics and HR transformation projects.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of HR Business Partners, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; Master’s degree or HR certifications preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in senior HR Business Partner or HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, multi‑site international operations or fast‑growing companies.
• Deep knowledge of labor legislation in Spain or Greece and experience in organizational design and HR transformation.
• Fluency in English; Spanish and/or Greek a plus.
