About the role
As the Corporate Communications Senior Executive for Internal Communications, you will own Kaizen Gaming’s internal communications, connecting leadership with employees across all markets and ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Own the internal communications editorial calendar end‑to‑end, planning, producing and publishing employee‑facing content across global and local channels.
- Lead the development and execution of leadership communications for All‑Hands sessions, Townhalls, leadership off‑sites and people‑manager cascades.
- Manage change communications, translating business decisions and organisational shifts into clear employee messaging.
- Govern the internal channel ecosystem (Workvivo, Confluence, Slack, G‑Suite, Zoom), maintaining platform structure, governance and content integrity.
- Oversee the stakeholder communications service desk, setting standards for request triage and fulfillment across HR, Commercial, Strategy and local communications teams.
- Co‑create communications content for leadership and employee events, ensuring consistent messaging before, during and after each event.
- Track and report on internal communications performance, delivering monthly metrics, KPI reports and insights.
- Support production of events organised by the Internal Communications & Employer Branding team, contributing to logistics and alignment.
Required profile
- A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in internal communications within a global, multi‑location organisation.
- Proven track record of producing and managing leadership communications such as All‑Hands sessions and Townhalls.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills, comfortable presenting to large employee audiences.
- Deep stakeholder management capability across functions and senior leadership.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with employee communications platforms – Workvivo, Slack, Confluence, G‑Suite, Zoom.
- Proficiency in English copywriting for all internal channels.
- Confidence using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini to enhance content production.
