Corporate Communications Senior Executive, Internal Communications

About the role

Kaizen Gaming is seeking a Corporate Communications Senior Executive to lead internal communications across its global operations. You will be the voice that connects leadership with employees, ensuring the right messages reach the right people at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Own the internal communications editorial calendar, planning, producing, and publishing employee‑facing content across global and local channels.
• Lead the development and execution of leadership communications for All Hands, Townhalls, off‑sites, and manager cascades.
• Translate business decisions, organisational changes, and leadership priorities into clear employee messaging.
• Govern the internal channels ecosystem (Workvivo, Confluence, Slack, G‑Suite, Zoom), maintaining structure, governance, and content integrity.
• Oversee the stakeholder communications service desk, setting standards for request triage across HR, Commercial, Strategy and local communications teams.
• Co‑create communications content for leadership and employee events in collaboration with event organizers.
• Track and report on internal communications performance, delivering monthly metrics, KPI reports and insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in internal or corporate communications, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong editorial and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience managing change communications and large‑scale employee initiatives.
