Corporate & Commercial Lawyer (5‑10 years experience)

About the role

We are partnering with a Legal 500‑recognised law firm to hire a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 5‑10 years of experience. The role offers significant responsibility, autonomy and direct exposure to high‑level corporate projects within a modern, well‑organised environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage corporate documentation and day‑to‑day corporate legal matters.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial, procurement, construction and other business agreements.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal support to companies and business operations.
• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal issues.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, counterparties and internal teams.
• Participate in negotiations and handle complex legal matters.
• Coordinate matters with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of professional experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.
• Qualified lawyer admitted to a Greek Bar Association.
• Law degree from a Greek university; an LL.M. in Civil or Commercial Law is a plus.
• Previous experience providing day‑to‑day legal support within a corporate environment is strongly advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong negotiation, communication and drafting abilities.
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple matters simultaneously.
• High degree of autonomy, organisation, initiative and responsibility.
