Cook C – Seasonal 2027 Role

About the role

Will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of standards in the execution and delivery of all dishes as a Cook C for the 2027 season at Ella Resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen with regular stock checks, labeling, audits, equipment checks, and adherence to health and safety requirements.
• Assist with the preparation and creation of all dishes, ensuring high standards and careful presentation.
• Complete mise-en-place and have a comprehensive understanding of the full menu offering.

Required profile

• Working experience in a similar role in 5‑star hotels.
• Degree or Diploma in Culinary arts is desirable.
• Good knowledge of English; additional language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) is a plus.

Required skills

• Good food knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing culinary skills.
• Ability to perform regular stock checks, labeling, and equipment audits.
