Controller – International Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Controller to oversee the financial operations of our international branches and joint‑ventures. The role will act as the financial bridge between headquarters and overseas entities, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with local accounting standards and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor financial processes of foreign branches and joint‑ventures.
• Liaise with local accountants and external financial partners.
• Oversee budgeting, reporting and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure proper conversion of local accounting standards to IFRS.
• Prepare competition documents containing financial data on an ad‑hoc basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling or financial coordination of international subsidiaries.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Experience in the construction or technical sector is a plus.
