Construction Senior Manager

About the role

The Sani/Ikos Group is seeking a Construction Senior Manager to lead the delivery of its new resort, Ikos Kassandra. You will be responsible for developing and executing construction strategies, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, budget, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction strategies for Ikos Kassandra, managing design packages and coordinating with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and QHSE regulations through regular site inspections.
• Review technical drawings and materials, collaborate with authorities, and resolve design or installation issues.
• Provide engineering input for value engineering, create method statements, and lead construction managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Manage construction risks, approve progress certifications, oversee project close‑out and snagging processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering (Master in Construction Management preferred).
• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction or building services, preferably with hospitality projects.
• Proven track record leading large, complex CAPEX portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Greek.
