Construction Project Director

About the role

As a Project Director you will lead the full construction lifecycle for new resort developments, from initial planning through to hand‑over. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire construction process, including building works and MEP installations.
• Schedule and coordinate with the main contractor, monitoring progress to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Inspect projects for compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and technical drawings.
• Prepare regular progress reports and hold coordination meetings with development teams.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, permitting consultants, and local authorities.
• Manage material ordering and pricing in collaboration with quantity surveyors.
• Adapt to travel or relocation needs and support fast‑paced, priority‑driven environments.

Required profile

• MSc in Civil Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in construction project management.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Strong AutoCAD capabilities.
