Construction & Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

Affidea Greece is seeking a Construction & Maintenance Coordinator to support the expansion of its healthcare network. You will oversee construction and maintenance activities across multiple centers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Record fault incidents and everyday issues at centers, resolve minor problems or assign them to contractors.
• Monitor repair schedules, track progress, and certify the quality of completed works.
• Oversee preventive maintenance activities and maintain up‑to‑date schedules for each center.
• Supervise on‑site construction work, especially when schedule issues arise, and monitor contractor performance.
• Represent Affidea on‑site for procedural matters requiring a company representative.
• Document daily malfunctions at construction sites and report them to Project Management for immediate resolution.
• Manage the Maintenance Incidents Recording Tool.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in construction projects and infrastructure maintenance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with MS Project.
• Familiarity with incident maintenance tools.
