Construction Engineer – Site Supervision & Coordination

About the role

VST GROUP Greece is looking for a Construction Engineer to join its real‑estate development team. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating construction activities on various sites, ensuring projects meet technical, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise on‑site construction activities such as structural works, masonry, plastering and MEP installations.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Monitor construction schedules and budget performance.
• Communicate with suppliers and oversee material deliveries.
• Enforce health and safety protocols on site.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (University or Technical Institute).
• Minimum 5 years of experience on building construction sites.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and execution plans.
• Ability to resolve on‑site technical issues in real time.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to work at various locations.
