About the role

As a Community Manager Team Lead you will drive the growth and success of our customer community, ensuring a high‑quality experience for existing members while attracting new ones. You will lead a team of Customer Managers, shape community events, and act as the primary liaison between the business and its users.

Key responsibilities

• Performance‑manage Customer Managers across the city to maintain a thriving, customer‑focused team.
• Organise and coordinate city‑wide community events that showcase flexible working spaces.
• Deliver training and development programmes for your team members.
• Plan, optimise and allocate team members' time to maximise service quality.
• Promote the centre’s offerings to new customers and nurture relationships with existing ones.
