Cluster Electrician

About the role

As a Cluster Electrician at Luura, you will ensure that all electrical systems across the hotel, spa and food & beverage venues on Paros operate safely and efficiently. You will support daily operations, pre‑opening projects and emergency response, contributing directly to seamless guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair lighting, power circuits and electrical equipment throughout the properties.
• Inspect and test electrical systems, identify faults and take corrective action.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth hotel functionality.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs and safety checks.
• Ensure compliance with Luura safety standards, legal regulations and local electrical codes.
• Support pre‑opening projects, including installation of new systems and upgrades.
• Advise management on energy‑efficiency improvements and preventive‑maintenance plans.
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend replacements or upgrades.
• Keep tools, equipment and work areas organised, safe and clean.

Required profile

• Technical qualification or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Maintenance or a related field.
• 3–5 years proven experience as an electrician, preferably in hotels or commercial properties.
• Pre‑opening experience considered a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, safety standards and preventive‑maintenance practices.
