Cloud Platform Team Lead

About the role

NET2GRID is seeking a Cloud Platform Team Lead to head its Cloud Engineering team. You will guide a group of Cloud and DevOps engineers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high‑performing team of Cloud and DevOps engineers, setting clear goals and supporting professional development.
• Ensure technical quality, stability, and maintainability of cloud solutions.
• Own team deliverables, manage technical debt and trade‑offs.
• Understand the product end‑to‑end and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Architect, Director of Engineering, and other Team Leads.
• Apply agreed processes and policies within the team.
• Navigate large, complex technical domains and manage ambiguity.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on cloud software / DevOps experience using modern tools and best practices.
• 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring a team of engineers.
• Strong ability to translate functional requirements into scalable cloud solutions.
• Passion for performance, security, and craftsmanship.
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills.
