About the role

A well-established and expanding construction company operating in the public works and commercial infrastructure sectors in Athens is seeking a dedicated Civil Site Manager. Key responsibilities

• Supervising daily construction site operations and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensuring all site work meets engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Managing project timelines, site resources, and material deliveries.
• Monitoring project budgets and tracking site progress against schedules.
• Collaborating with project managers, architects, and technical personnel.
• Preparing regular progress reports and site documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5+ years of experience in civil buildings construction site supervision or site management.
• Excellent command of English and Greek, written and spoken.
