Civil Engineer Supervisor – Metal Stud Framer Technicians (Drywall) in Crete

About the role

We are looking for a Civil Engineer Supervisor to lead a team of Metal Stud Framer Technicians specialized in drywall systems at a large manufacturing facility on Crete Island, Greece. You will ensure high‑quality production, safety compliance, and efficient project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Metal Stud Framer Technicians during drywall system installations.
• Provide technical guidance and on‑the‑job training to meet company standards.
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee projects involving metal construction materials and drywall systems.
• Evaluate performance, suggest improvements, and assist management in planning and scheduling.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Participate in training programs, including Greek language learning.

Required profile

• Mid‑level civil engineering background with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven supervisory experience in construction or manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control processes.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work on Crete.
