Business Support & Digital Communications Trainee

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson as a Business Support & Digital Communications Trainee, working closely with the General Manager and cross‑functional leaders. This program offers hands‑on exposure to digital communications, product data management, business operations, project coordination, and executive support.

Key responsibilities

• Support digital communication initiatives on LinkedIn and other channels, create posts, maintain the communications calendar and monitor engagement metrics.
• Maintain product information across digital platforms, coordinate data collection with Marketing, Commercial, Regulatory and Supply Chain teams, and ensure data accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and leadership team, organize meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate internal events and travel.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects, develop reports and dashboards, and help identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Management or related field.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, communications, business operations and healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proactive, resourceful, organized and able to manage multiple priorities with high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Interest in AI and emerging digital productivity tools.
