About the role

The Business Development Executive will support the company's sales and commercial activities by managing accounts, coordinating projects, maintaining databases, and assisting marketing and communications initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Oversee full daily operations of accounts, case follow‑up, sample transport coordination, and invoicing support.
Support cross‑functional initiatives such as portals, marketing campaigns, and training programs by coordinating feedback, tracking progress against deadlines, and maintaining detailed project documentation.
Maintain and update customer master data, contracts database, and rate libraries; ensure accurate daily records for invoicing and quoting; develop standardized procedures to optimise departmental workflows; and manage SharePoint repositories for cross‑team information access.
Support preparation of presentations and circulars; coordinate training courses and events; manage internal and external communications; and support brand visibility across channels.
