Business Analyst – Digital & E‑commerce

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Business Analyst – Digital & E‑commerce to drive digital growth through data‑driven decision making, experimentation, conversion optimisation and commercial performance analysis. The role focuses on identifying growth opportunities, improving customer journeys and supporting strategic decisions across our digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, conversion funnels and business performance to identify revenue and engagement opportunities.
• Lead medium‑to‑large optimisation projects from hypothesis generation through execution and post‑launch evaluation.
• Define and manage A/B testing roadmaps, measure results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks and AI‑powered insights to support strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure data‑informed decision making.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Business, Digital or Growth Analytics, CRO or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations and to manage projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and structured decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of GA4 or similar analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
