Business Admin & Compliance Manager

About the role

Meazon is seeking a Mid‑Senior Manager to lead Business Administration and Compliance functions. Based in Athens, you will own the Integrated Management System (IMS) that combines ISO 9001, 14001, 27001 and 45001, ensuring the company operates “Run by ISO” across all processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and maintain IMS policies, procedures and the document control system.
• Model business processes (BPM) that reflect real‑world operations, especially those supported by ERP systems.
• Manage the enterprise‑level risk register, covering environmental, health‑safety and information‑security risks.
• Lead internal audits, corrective‑preventive action (CAPA) programmes and quarterly/bi‑annual management reviews.
• Oversee supplier qualification, secure development lifecycle checkpoints and privacy compliance.
• Act as Data Protection Officer, driving privacy‑by‑design and coordinating incident‑response drills.
• Administer contracts archive, licences, permits and ensure compliance with regulations such as WEEE/RoHS.
• Utilise SharePoint for document management, ticketing tools for CAPA tracking and Power BI for compliance dashboards.

Required profile

• Mid‑senior level experience in integrated management systems, ISO standards and compliance governance.
• Proven track record of leading audits, risk management and CAPA processes.
• Strong understanding of security‑by‑design, safety and sustainability requirements.
• Excellent organisational and documentation skills, with ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
