Brand Engagement & Community Manager

About the role

ALTERLIFE is seeking an energetic and creative Brand Engagement & Community Manager to bring its fitness and wellness brand to life. Reporting to the Marketing and Business Development Director, you will shape the brand’s voice, drive community initiatives, and create memorable member experiences across Greece.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow ALTERLIFE’s social media ecosystem, developing content plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate content creation with creators, members, and internal teams to generate engaging posts and user‑generated content.
• Design, launch, and oversee influencer and ambassador programs, recruiting fitness personalities and tracking partnership performance.
• Plan and execute community programs, wellness events, club activations, and support new gym openings and sponsorship activities.
• Collaborate with Brand, CRM, and Performance Marketing teams to evaluate digital campaigns and support paid‑social initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators, continuously optimizing content and engagement metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, brand management, or community engagement.
• Strong passion for fitness, wellness and community building.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
