Bilingual Swedish/English Travel Advisor

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Swedish speakers for a top hospitality brand in Greece to work as a customer advisor in the tourism sector. The role covers answering customer inquiries by phone, recording them and handling complaints, with a 40-hour week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week).

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and record customer inquiries and questions received via free phone lines.
• Maintain accurate data on inquiries, questions and feedback in the customer service database.
• Ensure client complaints are handled and logged according to the company's complaints escalation policy.
• Answer and resolve support calls and emails within the agreed SLAs and log them appropriately.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents and system training, and give recommendations on common problems and FAQs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher.
• Native or fluent Swedish.
• Good level of English, C1.
• Writing speed of 20 words per minute.
