Bilingual Swedish/English Quality Analyst – Hospitality

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting Swedish-speaking Quality Analysts in Athens for a top hospitality brand in Greece. The role evaluates and analyzes customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores, and helps train staff on how to meet client requirements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze customer interactions to improve customer experience and satisfaction scores
• Analyze spreadsheets to find patterns that guide performance training
• Check that employees give proper verbal statements and meet client requirements and policies
• Compare associate scripts to identify commonalities

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Native or fluent Swedish; very good English (C1)
• Active listening
• Good problem-solving skills

Required skills

• Understanding, interpreting and manipulating data for reporting
• Comfortable with computer systems
