BI Engineer – Business Intelligence Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a BI Engineer to join our Delivery team at Predicta S.A. In this position you will design and deliver robust reporting solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights, supporting operational efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Build and optimise data models, datasets and DAX calculations for scalable reporting.
• Analyse existing business processes, capture BI requirements and propose technology‑driven improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals and design specifications.
• Identify opportunities to optimise processes and support strategic initiatives through data analysis.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers and data scientists to deliver tailored BI solutions.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of SQL Server, including object development, performance tuning and data integration.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI, Qlik Sense and Tableau.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Clear communication skills in both Greek and English.
