B2B Social Media Growth Specialist

About the role

SalesCaptain is seeking a B2B Social Media Growth Specialist to accelerate international market expansion through high‑impact content and paid campaigns. You will turn strangers into qualified leads by crafting viral social posts and managing performance‑driven advertising.

Key responsibilities

• Create and distribute viral content on LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter) and other social platforms.
• Write ad copy and design creatives for paid‑social campaigns.
• Brainstorm concepts, copy, and visuals for paid ads.
• Develop landing‑page copy to support lead generation and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Produce and share case studies, industry reports, lead magnets, and other marketing assets.
• Organise and promote webinars to generate qualified prospects.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or advertising.
• Proven track record of creating content that goes viral on social media.
• Experience with Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok ad campaigns (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Background in tech, B2B software or a marketing agency is a plus.
