B2B Sales Team Leader – Turkish Speaking (Digital Marketing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Sales Team Leader to manage a group of Digital Marketing Account Managers who serve a leading global technology brand. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and driving revenue growth through innovative digital advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of Digital Marketing Account Managers to exceed revenue, retention and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor productivity, pipeline health and key performance indicators, ensuring operational excellence.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain up‑to‑date CRM data.
• Identify market trends and customer insights to develop strategic growth initiatives.
• Serve as escalation point for client concerns and collaborate with internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Partner with clients to align business objectives with advertising performance expectations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as Operations, Training, Workforce Management and Client Services.
• Support talent development, succession planning and continuous learning for the team.

Required profile

• Fluency in Turkish (C1) and English (C1).
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading sales, customer success or account management teams in a B2B environment.
• Proven track record of delivering team revenue growth and meeting performance targets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of digital advertising products and trends.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market insights.
