Audit Manager

About the role

CPA Kudos Greece is looking for a motivated Audit Manager to lead audit engagements, mentor staff, and ensure high‑quality client service. This permanent role offers the chance to work with a diverse portfolio of Greek and international clients while contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee audit engagements from start to finish.
• Lead audit teams, ensuring compliance with professional standards and firm methodologies.
• Review financial statements and audit documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Assess internal controls, identify improvement areas, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact during engagements.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities to audit staff.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to the firm’s growth objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
• 5‑8 years of external and tax audit experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP, IFRS, ISA, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in audit software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
