Assurance Delivery Center Supervisor (Senior Associate)

About the role

PwC Greece is seeking an ambitious Assurance Delivery Center Supervisor (Senior Associate) to lead a team of specialists in Athens and Thessaloniki. You will bridge assurance expertise with technology solutions, ensuring high‑quality delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach ASDC Specialists in daily tasks.
• Assign, review, and accept work requests from engagement teams.
• Communicate with user engagement teams to clarify requirements.
• Review work outputs to guarantee quality and compliance.
• Design and implement technology solutions that support ASDC services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum three years of experience in audit or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
• Progress towards ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Highly flexible, detail‑oriented, and able to build trust across teams.
