Associate Product Manager – Insurance

About the role

We are looking for a driven Associate Product Manager to join our Flexibility Products team, supporting travel insurance and underwriting across our in‑house OTA brands and major B2B partners. The role involves owning insurance initiatives from requirements through implementation, working closely with insurers, underwriters, brokers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Travel Insurance PM in delivering the product roadmap, strategy and commercial performance.
• Own insurance initiatives and workstreams from requirements through to implementation.
• Create and maintain epics, features, business cases, requirements and use cases.
• Assist with insurer sourcing, partner evaluation, onboarding and relationship management.
• Ensure underwriting and regulatory compliance throughout product design and delivery.
• Track portfolio performance metrics such as revenue, attach rate and compliance.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product management, insurance or related commercial roles.
• Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Self‑organized, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of translating complex concepts.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Jira and Confluence for product documentation and workflow management.
• Familiarity with Qlikview or Qliksense for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic BI tools.
