Assistant Waiter – Seasonal Role in Mykonos

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Waiter to join the Soho Roc House team in Mykonos for the busy summer season. You will support the front‑of‑house team in delivering first‑class service to members and guests in a high‑profile, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior waitstaff with table service, order taking and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of service stations and dining areas.
• Provide prompt, courteous service and respond to guest requests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment.
• Support opening and closing duties, including stock checks and resetting tables.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in busy, high‑profile hospitality venues.
• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy with a “yes, yes, yes” attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with colleagues.
• Customer‑oriented, friendly and fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Good English language proficiency.
