Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing

About the role

Epi•Direct is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies for its clients. Based in Thessaloniki, this full‑time, on‑site position will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints, including events.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing brand strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with creative, media, and event teams to maintain visual and verbal brand consistency.
• Gather and analyse consumer insights and market research data.
• Prepare performance reports and recommend optimisation actions.
• Support the development of content briefs and creative concepts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to work on‑site in Thessaloniki with a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and presentation software.
• Familiarity with digital and social media platforms.
• Experience in digital marketing and market research.
