Architect – Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

Intellectica is seeking a passionate Architect to join a leading London‑based studio operating from Athens. Reporting to the Lead Architect and Managing Director, you will shape innovative residential and commercial designs while ensuring high creative standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Create detailed architectural designs that meet client requirements and firm standards.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.
• Present design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless implementation on‑site.
• Monitor construction progress to guarantee alignment with design intent, specifications, and timelines.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on residential and/or commercial projects.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and innovative thinking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD and other 2D/3D architectural software.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Knowledge of the New Building Regulations of Greece (NOK) and Greek construction codes.
• Advanced rendering skills.
