Architect – Luxury Residential & Tourism Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our studio, which designs and builds high‑end residential homes and small‑scale tourism projects in Athens and the Cyclades. The successful candidate will be involved from concept through design development, permitting and construction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for luxury homes and boutique tourism projects.
• Produce 2D and 3D drawings, construction documents and visualisations.
• Prepare and manage permit dossiers in compliance with the Greek Building Code (NOK) and local planning regulations.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors and external partners.
• Visit construction sites periodically to ensure design intent is realised.
• Contribute to the studio’s architectural identity and overall project quality.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an architectural office.
• Strong knowledge of Greek building regulations and proven experience obtaining building permits.
• Ability to take a project from concept to detailed design stage.
• Understanding of construction methods and architectural detailing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Twinmotion for architectural visualisation (preferred).
• Knowledge of Photoshop or similar presentation tools (preferred).
