Architect (In-house)

About the role

We are seeking a creative in‑house Architect to join Karby Investments in Thessaloniki. The role involves turning high‑end design concepts into built projects across residential, hospitality and commercial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts from initial sketches to detailed construction drawings.
• Design interior and exterior spaces for residential, hospitality and commercial projects.
• Conduct market research and curate comprehensive FF&E specifications.
• Coordinate with engineering disciplines and ensure design intent is maintained during construction.
• Create high‑quality 3D renders and presentation materials for client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in a similar architectural role.
• Strong eye for interior aesthetics, materials and furnishings.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and project management abilities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
