Apparel Supervisor – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Apparel Supervisor to join our JD Sports store in Ioannina. As part of the junior management team you will help drive sales, ensure high‑quality customer service and maintain visual standards across the apparel section.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve complaints and ensure staff appearance follows company guidelines.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitor staff performance and utilise in‑store devices to showcase the full product range.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, keep stock clean and presentable, and support product placement using sales reports.
• Lead training initiatives, assist with new‑starter induction and support ongoing staff development through e‑assessments.

Required profile

• Previous retail supervisory experience, preferably in fashion or sports apparel.
• Strong time‑management, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent command of English and solid computer literacy.
• Numerical and analytical ability to monitor key performance indicators.
• Passion for sports and fashion and a willingness to learn.
